Great Welsh Marathon

Here's a great opportunity to participate in the first ever Great Welsh Marathon, taking place on Sunday 18th April 2010.  The marathon will take place on Carmarthenshire's and Llanelli's beautiful coastline and the route will take in flat, safe, traffic free coastal path.

The Millennium Coastal Park encompasses the Llanelli Waterside and overlooks the spectacular Gower Peninsula.  Featuring an unique array of attractions linked together by a stunning 22km traffic-free coastal path / cycle-way, stretching from Bynea Gateway in the east through to Pembrey Country Park in the west.
