Dreamflight's very own Fundraising and Communications Manager, Emma Rembalski will be pushing herself to infinity and beyond this summer at the Ironman triathlon in sunny Bolton.

An Ironman is a long distance triathlon, starting with a 2.4 mile swim, followed by a 112 mile road cycle and finally finishing with a 26.2 mile run.  The challenge is to complete all three of these distances within 17 hours...that's a grand total of 140.6 miles!
